We search our network and apply structured outreach to identify candidates. We build a longlist and apply our assessment criteria before shortlisting.

Candidate Validation

Shortlisted candidates are assessed against the specification, technically and professionally. We conduct structured interviews and reference checks before presenting.

Presentation & Selection

We present a considered shortlist with written profiles for each candidate, not a stack of CVs. You receive our recommendation and reasoning alongside.

Onboarding & Handover

We manage the offer and placement process, ensure a clean handover, and remain available post-placement to support a successful integration.
